How to Terminate the Employee Record in Oracle Cloud: Employee Termination Steps in Oracle Cloud
Employee termination is the process in Oracle cloud application when we do end date the employee record in the application. After the Employee termination , system automatically inactive the user account attached to that employee in Oracle cloud. After the termination , Employee cannot access the application and the roles attached to that employee would revoked automatically. There are specific steps involved to terminate the employee record in the Oracle Cloud application.
Step by Step to Terminate the Employee Record in Oracle Cloud
Step1:-Go to Person Management and search the Employee for which you want to terminate the employee record.
You can search the Employee with Name or Person Number
Step2:- In the Search Results , Go to Actions Button as below.
Step3:- In Action ==> Go to Personal and Employment ==> Manage Employment
Step4:- Once Click on the Manage Employment ==> Then Employee record will be open. Click on the Edit button right side of the Employment Page. Then select the Update option as highlighted below.
Step5:- Now under Update option as below. In the Action field select the 'End Assignment' option to terminate the Employee record.
Step6:- This below option will appear. Just Click on OK to continue.
Step7:- Under Action , Select the 'Resignation' Option . Reason can be the any reason. Then Click on the Save Button for the Final Termination
