2) The user key for an area of responsibility is the responsibility name plus the person number.

If Any employee is transferred to anther Legal Employer then we can easily global Transfer that Employee to new Legal Employer but its Employee record and Person record always remains same.

In Global Transfer , We do transfer the Employees from one LE to another LE. Global Transfer is the combination to two steps. In first step , Employees Old work relationship got terminated with old LE and System creates the new work relationship/assignment with new LE.

Question 16:- Can we do the Global Transfer Through in Oracle Fusion HCM trough HDL Tool ?

Yes , We can do the Global Transfer through HDL tool in Oracle Fusion.

If we want to do Global Transfer any Employees , We have to use the column 'GlobalTransferFlag' in WorkRelationship metadata.

If we are doing global transfer for any employee , We cannot use the existing Source System ID for WorkRelationship , WorkTerms, Assignment as well we need to use the new Assignment number(We cannot use the existing Assignment Number).

Note : We have to provide the New Legal Employer Name , New Business Unit Name in Work Relationship, WorkTerms and in Assignment to which we are transferring this employees.

Answer:

Step1:- We need to goto the Report and Analytics Task

Step2:- Now We need to define/create the BIP report .We only need to create the Report only.

Step3: In this BIP report we will use the standard Data model in this path (/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Data Models/globalReportsDataModel). Save the report.

Step4:-Latest Datamodel have two parameters Payroll action id and Flow instance name.

Flow instance name will be the flow pattern run given earlier when submitting the extract.
