How to Status Monitor and See all the Workflow notifications in Oracle Cloud application

 

If you want to track the Workflow Notification status for all the users of the applications then you must go through this in detail. Like Status monitor in Oracle apps where we can track the status of each notification whether this is pending for approver or rejected or error out in the same way we can track the status of the notifications in the Oracle cloud too. We can find also find that Notifications is pending for which approver and from how many days. We can re assign or Suspend this notification too from the administrative roles in the Oracle Cloud. Step by Step to Monitor and Track the Workflow Notifications in the Oracle Cloud

Step 1:-We need to go to the Home of the Oracle Cloud Notifications. Then In Oracle Home, We need to go to the Top of the Home page. Here we will have the Bell icon as highlighted below.

Click on the Bell Icon and Then Click on the More details.

Step2:- Click on the Bell Icon and Then Click on the More details.

Step3: -Now you will see this below BPM worklist Tasks or Notifications.

Click on the Administrative Tasks Highlighted below.

In the Administrative tasks you can able to see all the Oracle Cloud Notifications ever generated.

 

Step4:- Now Put you Purchase Order or Expense report number as highlighted below to see the Notification related to this.

Click on the Notifications Subject and this will open the Page of the notification.

 

 

Step4:- Here you will see all that Notification is approver or still pending/assigned to which approver.
