Hi friends , we are going to discuss about the new Employee hire issue in Oracle Fusion. When we are going to create a new Employee and going to attach the Legal Employer with new Employee then we are getting this issue "No Legislative Data Group is Associated with this Legal Employer". Due to this error , We are not able to create the new employee in oracle fusion. This error is coming due to legal entity issue. We need to attach the Legislative Data group with legal entity. When attempting to Hire an Employee the following error occurs. No legislative data group is associated with this legal employer. Select a different legal employer. (PAY-1636151)Here below is the complete steps to resolve the Employee Hire Issue in Oracle Fusion: No Legislative Data Group is Associated with this Legal Employer.

Steps to resolve the Employee Hire Issue in Oracle Fusion: No Legislative Data Group is Associated with this Legal Employer

Step 1:- Navigator > Setup and Maintenance

Step 2:- Search for the "Manage Legal Entity HCM Information" task and click on the Go to Task

Step 3 Search for the Legal Entity Name for which the error is returned and open it

Step4  Click on the "Payroll Statutory Unit" tab

Step 5 Add the correspondent LDG

Step6 Press Done and retest the New Hire process

If you have not created the LDG , then you can create the new LDG as below.

Go to task "Manage Legislative Data Groups"
