HDL Tutorial : How to create External Bank Accounts Through HDL in Oracle Cloud
This is the sixth part of the HDL Tutorial. In the last post , We discussed about how we can import External Bank & Branches in Oracle cloud application through HDL tool. In this post , We will be discuss about once the bank & Branches have been imported in oracle cloud then how we can created the external bank accounts for these bank & branches. Here below is the complete tutorial of the External Bank Account creation through HDL in Oracle Cloud.

To Create External bank accounts oracle cloud has given us the Business object name 'ExternalBankAccount' as I already mentioned how we can find the different types of business objects in HDL.
Here below you can Lookout for external Bank account Business object to Import bank accounts in Oracle cloud.
For External Bank Account business object is "ExternalBankAccount"
Step2:- Once we found the Business Object for External Bank Accounts , Then We need to use this Business Object to Import/Upload
External Bank Accounts Through HDL .
Bank Import :-
For External Bank Accounts , We need to prepare the Data in this Below Format.
"METADATA|ExternalBankAccount|BankName|BankBranchName|CountryCode|AccountNumber|CurrencyCode" is the MetaData which will always be constant and from line second , we need to enter the External Bank Accounts information's which we want to import in Oracle Cloud Application

Step5:- Once you have prepared the Data for External Bank Accounts then we need to follow these below steps.
For External Bank Accounts , We need to prepare the File ExternalBankAccount.dat.
Once these files will be prepared then we need to put ExternalBankAccount.dat file in ExternalBankAccount.Zip folder
Step 6:- Once we have prepared the Zip files then we need to import these file in Oracle cloud with the help of HDL tool as below. Once the zip file have been prepared. Then We need to go Data Exchange
Then Data Exchange ==> HCM Data Loader ==> Import and Load Data
Import the External Bank Accounts zip file in cloud application and check the results after that.
