How to Stop Workflow Canceled Mail message Email Notification in Oracle Application

 

The default Workflow Canceled Mail message informs the recipient that a previously sent notification is canceled. If you are using the version of Oracle Workflow embedded in Oracle Applications, you can use the WF: Mailer Cancellation Email profile option to determine whether or not notification mailers should send Workflow Canceled Mail messages

 

WF: Mailer Cancellation Email  profile helps to stop sending these Canceled email Notifications to the user in Oracle.

 

As an Example , System send Invoice Approval Notification  to approver. IF approver did not respond to this email , then after two days system send another email Reminder1 for Approval but it also send the email notification , that Previously send Email Notifications has been canceled. But with this profile , we can stop sending these cancelled email notifications.

 

 

The Workflow Canceled Mail message has the following message attributes, with values that are drawn from the message definition associated with the canceled notification activity:

START_DATE	The date the original message was sent.
TO	The role the notification is sent to; the performer.
SUBJECT	The subject line of the original message.
BODY	The text of the original message.
COMMENT	Comments added by the sender or the forwarder.
