We create Bind variables in the VO.  Bind variables basically are parameters which we use in the VO sql query. We must need to declare the Parameters of the View object (VO) as bind variables and then use these are parameters.  Bind variables are something in the View object, which does not have any relation with the database objects and we are using the VO sql query for run time value. Here below in the View Objects Bind Variables screen we can create new bind variables. We can set any datatype as per our Requirment in these bind variables.
