Resend failed/error workflow notifications
In workflow Notification mailer , we often see some of the Notifications which failed or error out to send email to the users. We can see failed or error out email notifications records in the Wf_notifications table with mail_status column equal to ('failed','error'). There are many reasons workflow notifications failed or error out to send email , Like if there is no email address set for the recipient or workflow local roles are not set for the user or it could be the issue of user preferences issue. So once you fixed the setups and then you want to send the failed/error workflow notifications again then you can do by running this below concurrent program.
Step1:- Go to "System Administrator" responsibility.
Run the concurrent request 'Resend Failed/Error Workflow Notifications' as below
Set Parameter status "Failed" and Message Type will be the Module Workflow (Like Purchasing , Purchase Requisition , AP Invoices and I-Expenses.
