In XML publisher report , when we open the output in the Excel format , then the Leading Zero values automatically removes from the Excel Output Like If I have an Supplier Number which start with 00020002 but in the Excel Output it shows in the way 20002 so leading zero automatically removes in the Excel format. This is the Standard Functionality of the Excel. To Show Leading Zero in the Excel Format of the XML publisher Reports we have two ways to achieve this.

 

Method1:- As an Example below , We can Use ='INVOICE_AMOUNT' this syntax to shows the leading zero in the Excel Output.

 

Method2:-

 

In the Second Method , We need to double Click on the INVOICE_AMOUNT Then we Check Force LTR to show the Leading Zero in Excel.
