How to Purge the Payables Interface Tables in Oracle cloud

Payables Interface tables keep storing the processed and rejected records. We need to purge the Payables Interface tables timely basis so that , this should not impact the Payables Invoice Import Process. In Oracle Cloud , We have standard Scheduled process which helps to purge the records in the Payables Interface tables. Here below I will share the details steps Payables Interface purging.

1. Through 'Purge Interface Tables'  Schedule Process
2.Through ADFDI Template
 

Method1 :-

Steps to Purge the Payables Interface Tables in Oracle cloud

Step1:-  Go to Schedule Processes to run the requests or Program in Oracle Cloud.
 
Step2:- We need to run the 'Purge Interface Tables'

Step3:- In 'Purge Interface Tables'  Schedule process there are two Important Parameters as below

Purge Process Intent : File-Based Data Import
Import Process : Import Payables Invoices.

We can also purge other Interfaces tables too with the help of 'Purge Interface Tables' schedule Process.

We need to select the right Import Process to purge the specific Interface tables In Oracle Cloud.
 
 
Method 2:-
 
If you want to delete or Purge only the Rejected Ap Invoices Records from Payables Interface tables then you can also take the help from standard ADFDI Template.
 
Navigate to Invoice Workbench
You need to go to Payables ==> Invoices.
 
In the Task pane of the Invoices ==> Select the Correct Import Errors Option
 
This will Launches ADFDi and opens CorrectImportErrors.xlsm

Select the Records you want to delete and Click on the Save Option and the rejected records will be deleted automatically.
