How to Update Employee Work Relationship Information in Oracle HCM Cloud : Action/Edit button is not seeing in Employee Manage Work Relationship

Here in this post , We will discuss about , How we can edit or update the Employee Work Relationship information's in Oracle HCM cloud. We can easily update the Employee assignment information but to change or edit the Employee work relationship information's we need to do create Data Roles based on the Job Roles so after the we can able to do any edit in the Employee Manage Work relationship page. We should have the Data roles having Security policy related to HCM so after that we can able to  Edit/Update Employee Work Relationship Information in Oracle HCM Cloud. Here below I will share the steps to edit Work Relationship Information in Oracle HCM Cloud or if you are not seeing the edit button Edit button is not seeing in Employee Manage Work Relationship.

 

 

Steps to Update Employee Work Relationship Information in Oracle HCM Cloud

Step1:- First We need to go to

 the Manage Data Roles and Security Profiles task to create a Security Profile which can view all HCM Data.

 

 

Step2:- Create the Data Role based on the Job Role "Human Resources Specialist' and give the Access for all.

 

Step3:- Once the Data Role will be created then We need to Assign that Data Role in our User Account.Attach the new Data Role to the User.  

 

Step4:- Then run the Retrieve Latest LDAP Requests process.

 

Step5:- Log back in as the user and test.

 

Here below Now we can see the Action/Edit button seeing in Employee Manage Work Relationship
