How to Create New Job Functions in Oracle Cloud : Creating new Job Function in Oracle Fusion
In this post , We will be discuss about Job Functions in Oracle Cloud. Job function helps to define the job specification in Oracle cloud. We attach the job function while defining the new jobs in oracle cloud. While creating jobs we do attach the job families and job functions to provide more job specifications. In oracle cloud , job function is the lookup. if we want to add new values in the Job function , then we need to add the values in this lookup. Here below i will share the complete steps to find that lookup and how we can add the new job function values in this lookup.
Steps to Create New Job Function values in Oracle Cloud
Step1:- Go to Setup and Maintenance and search for task 'Manage Job Lookups'.
Step 2:-
Select the lookup 'JOB_FUNCTION_CODE' under that.
Step3:- Under this lookup , we can add the new Job Function values.
Click on the '+' icon to create new Job Function values.
