Zoom button is the zoom functionality provided by oracle in form personalization to navigate from one oracle form to another oracle form.Using zoom functionality , we do enable the zoom tools menu button and navigate from oracle form to another oracle form. Step by Step to Enable zoom button in oracle apps

Step1:- In this Example ,We will enable the Zoom button in oracle User Form and we will navigate to Responsibility Form from User Form.

Step2:- Go to User Creation Form and in Personalization Define these below rules.
