Step by Step to Mass Update Value Set Values in Oracle Fusion
Step1:- Flat Files format to Import Mass/bulk import values set values. We need to prepare the data as per these files.

Step2:- Need to prepare the Value set values as per the above format and then save as .csv file format.
Step3:-
Upload the flat file created in the above Step 1 to the content repository using the File Import and Export UI. Following are the steps :
Login to Oracle Fusion and go to 'File Import and Export ' option as below.
Click on the Actions menu and select Upload.
It will launch a popup, choose the flat file and Account.
Click on 'Save and Close' to complete the Upload.
Browse local drive to select the Value set values flat file save as .csv format.
Select Account – prc/supplier/import -- We can Select any account--
Click Save and Continue.
Step4:- Once the Value set file Imported in Oracle fusion application we need to go to Setup and Maintenance.
Go to Manage Value Sets setup task in the Setup and Maintenance work area. To import the file
- Search the Value Set .
- Select the Value Set in Search Results table .
- Select Import from Actions menu.
- In the File Name field, enter the name of the flat file you uploaded using the Files for Import and Export page.
- In the Account field, select the user account containing the flat file. Refer the above step 2.e for the account selected while uploading to content repository.
- Click on Upload.
