Oracle fusion has given the feature to bulk upload the value set values with the complete DFF informations in system. Oracle fusion has provided the FBDI to bulk import the value set values and the dff informations in system. We need to prepare the data in the FBDI format including DFF informations to upload in the Oracle Fusion application. Here below is the details steps to Bulk Upload Value set Values with DFF informations in Oracle Fusion.

We can Support two operations using the Value set values FBDI in oracle fusion.

1. We can insert the Value Set Values.

2.We can update the existing value set values.

Step by Step to Bulk Upload Value set Values with DFF informations in Oracle Fusion

Step1:- Go to the below url to download the FBDI Template

Step2:- Now we need to prepare the Data in the Data Template in the Second Sheet 'GL_SEGMENT_VALUES_INTERFACE'.

If any value set value will exists then system will update that value otherwise will create. 

Step3:- Step-8:- After Putting data in Data Template and then go back to first tab and Click on Generate CSV File button as below.

This will create glsegmentvaluesandhierarchy.zip file in your local system.

Step4:- 

Now we need to import the below zip file

Step5:- 

Now go to Oracle fusion ==>Schedule Processes and run this below process.

Step-12:- Select ESS Job ‘Load Interface File for Import’

Load Interface File for Import  and select this below Import Process

Import Process :- Import Segment Values and Hierarchies

File : Select the gl ZIP file from your local system.

Step 9 : After that , file will be imported and the Value set Values with DFF informations will be uploaded in Oracle Fusion.
