2. When We are not giving the accurate email address in the "to Email address " of the Bursting Control File that could also be an issue of XML bursting program error.
3. Validate the Internal SMTP server details which are using in the Bursting Control File. Might be some recent changes happened in your SMTP account which you need to take care in the Busting file too as highlighted below.
4.IF the "XML Publisher Report Bursting Program" is completed with error then we need to analyze the Log of this Program. As per oracle recommendation , We need to run this program with Debug Flag "Yes" for the same Concurrent Request Id as below.
