Step2:- Go to Form personalization.

Go to Actions and Select Type 'Menu' . In the Menu Entry , We can find out the Menu number which is using for 'View EFT Details'.

Step3:- After knowing the Menu Number , then go to conditions tab and select the Menu 'SPECIAL4' in Trigger Event to disable special menu in form personalization.
