Step1:- Go to Setup and Maintenance As below.

Task List as highlighted below:

Step2:- In Task List, Now Click on the Manage
Implementation Projects as highlighted below:

Enter the basic Implementation
Project Information’s like we can enter the Organization name as an project
name for which we are implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.
In this Case, My Organization name
is ‘ABC Corp Project’
Enter the Assigned to User Name
which will manage this Implementation Project, Used the same user from which I
am using this application.
Click on Next.
