Steps to add asset in Oracle Fusion

Step1: Creating Asset in Oracle Fusion

Navigator-->Fixed Assets --> Assets -->Add Asset

How to add asset in Oracle Fusion

Step 2:- Click on Add Asset in the task list

Asset Book is Defaulted to Corp Book

Asset Type Defaults to Capitalized (But Asset Type LOV Should prompt CIP, Capitalized and Expense Types)

User should be able to choose an Active Category for the Asset

Step 3:- Provide required details for following parameters:

Book
Asset Type
Category
Description
Cost
Units
Expense Account
Location
and click on the Next

Submit Asset Details

Asset is posted successfully

Navigator-->Fixed Assets --> Assets--> Task --> Accounting-Create Accounting

Run Create Accounting:
Book : COPR Book
Subledger Application : Assets
End Date : Sysdate

Accounting is run successfully

Click on Inquire Assets

Navigator-->Fixed Assets --> Assets--> Task -->Inquire-Assets

Book: CORP Book
Asset Number: Asset Number created
Asset Type: Capitalized
