1. To Check User roles assigned to user in Oracle cloud , We need to go this below navigation
Go to Tools ==> Security Console

2. Click On Users Option as highlighted below and in the Search Window enter the User Name and click enter.

3. This will display that user account. We need to click on the user name link and it will populate us to User Account and Role management page in Oracle fusion. Here below we can see the detail about Oracle Fusion User Account and Roles and the roles assigned to user in Oracle Fusion.

Step4:- Click on the Add Role Button , to attach the Roles access with User Account as below.
