Employee should have the user account to access the oracle fusion application. Without user an employee cannot use the oracle fusion application. To create user , we should have the access of Security console in Oracle fusion r12. in Security console , we do create employee users and manage roles. Step 1:- To Create employee user in oracle fusion r13, We need to go this below navigation
Go to Tools ==> Security Console
Step 2:- To create employee user in oracle fusion r13, We need to go the Users section and then define Associated Person Type "Worker". If we want to create employee user in oracle fusion r13 then Person Type should be 'Worker' as below.
In the Worker Name field , Search the employee for which we are creating the user in Oracle fusion r13.
For example , in our case we are creating user for Employee 'Ravi Kumar'

Step 3:-
After defining the employee , all Name , Email and User Name informations comes as a default.
User Name creates from Employee details automatically. Like in Setup we have mentioned the email them employee email address comes in the User name field and if have mentioned the employee number in the setup then Employee Number come in the User name field.

Now we need to click on the Add roles button to add the role for employee user in Oracle fusion r13 as below.
