Lesson 17: Procure To Pay(P2P) Cycle: Create SSP Catalog in Oracle Fusion

Hi friends , so this is the seventeenth lesson of our Procure To Pay(P2P) configurations learning series in Oracle Fusion. In Lesson 17, we will Create SSP Catalog for P2P Cycle in Oracle Fusion. In this post , We will share the detail steps to Create SSP Catalog in Oracle Fusion.

Create SSP Catalog in Oracle Fusion

Step 1:-Navigator / Landing Page -> Procurement -> Catalogs

 Click the “Manage Catalogs” Task 

Step 2:-

Click “Create Local Catalog” Button

Step 3:-

Enter details as specified below : 

Procurement BU : Select Your Business Unit  

Catalog : Enter a Catalog name starting with your initials 

Description: Enter user defined description 

Under Agreements > Select “Include items from all agreements” Option 

Under Categories > Select “Include items from all categories” Option 

Click on Save and Close, Click OK for the confirmation

Create Content Zone 

Step 4:-

In the Catalogs work area, select the “Manage Content Zones” Task

Step 5:-

The Manage Content Zone page will open 

Click the Create Icon  

Select your Procurement BU 

Give the Content Zone a name with your initials 

Select Usage : Requisitioning 

In the Catalogs section: Click the Select and Add icon  

Select  Your Catalog and click Done

Step 6:-

In the Security section select radio button – “Secured by requisitioning BU”  

Click the Select and Add icon  

Select Your Business Unit and click Done 

Click Save and Close, Click OK for the confirmation
