Cause of INACTIVE_PERSON Expense Report Rejection

This Issue occurs , if the employee has been terminated and we are trying to import the terminated or inactive employee expense reports. When we import the terminated or inactive employee expense reports then system  verify the 'Manage Expenses System Option ' setup in oracle fusion application. In this setup , we do specify , for how many days we can import the terminated or inactive employee expense reports.

Step 1:- We need to goto the Setup and Maintenance.

Step 2:- Search the Task 'Manage Expenses System Option '  as below.

Step 3:-

Here we need to set the attribute value of 'Processing Days Allowed After Termination' to maximum for some time. Once the import has been done, you can revert it back to 0 or to the previous value.
