Received By Column Value is not showing in the PO Receiving Page in Oracle Fusion Cloud 

Hi friends, we are going to discus very important issue while working in Oracle fusion PO receipts. We are going to discuss about the issue , when Received by field LOV does not show any value to select while creating PO receipts. 

Received by value is required , when someone having 'Receiving Agent' roles and he is doing PO receiving from some one behalf. If you are a requester and in requester your name is placed in the requester filed in the PO lines then you can do the PO receiving in 'My Receipt' under procurement. But if in a organization , there is a centralized person who do the receiving for al l , then need to go with different navigation. In this , Received by field is mandatory when requester itself not receiving the PO. But we got very frequent issue , in this like Received by column does not shows any list value in the receiving page. Please find below the complete details about the issue Received By Column Value is not showing in the PO Receiving Page in Oracle Fusion Cloud .

Root cause of this Issue:

Received By Column Value is not showing in receiving page because receiving user don't have the required roles. We all know that receiving user should have  'Receiving Agent' roles which allows to do the receiving for PO's but there is another roles require too which enables receiving user to select the value in the received by column in PO receiving page.


How to fix issue about Received By Column Value is not showing in the PO Receiving Page in Oracle Fusion Cloud 

To fix this Received By Column Value issue , we need to attach one more required roles to receiving user. We need to attach the Role 'Employee' to receiving user , after this roles , we need to logout and login again and verify the Received by column  values in the PO receiving page. Values should be come after that.

If still , you are not able to see the received by field value , then you need to run the schedule process name 'Retrieve Latest LDAP changes' and after this logout and login again and verify the Received by column  values in the PO receiving page.

Solution Step Navigation: 

Please assign the Employee role via the Security Console UI. This will assign the appropriate grants for the "Employee" role.
