Hi friends , we are going to discuss about the rehire process in oracle fusion through HDL. In HDL , if we are rehiring in a same legal employer , then its quite easy. We just need to use the termination reverse flag and the person/employee will be rehire in the same legal employer but if the person/employee is getting rehire in any other legal employer as compared to earlier legal employer. then this task is bit complex and we need to involve 3 HDL metadata. If employee is getting rehire in different legal employer then we need to create the complete new work relationship , new work terms and new assignment too.
