Hi friends, we are going to discuss about how we can create a Hello World Page in OAF. We will share the detail steps to create the simple Hello World Page in OAF. In OAF , if we have to create a page , then we need to create the multiple OAF objects and these objects helps to make the oaf page in oracle apps. To create a hello world page , we need to first create some of the OAF page objects and then we can create the hello world page in oaf. Hello world page is quite simple in oaf as we don't put much other insert / update operations in that page. Step by Step to Create a Hello World Page in OAF

1.Create a new workspace name "RohitHelloWorldPage".
Right Click on "Applications".Click on "NewOAWorkspace".

Enter the name of Workspace="RohitHelloWorldPage".Click Ok.

Project wizard will open as below click next.

Enter the name of the Project="RohitHelloWorldPage".
Default Package= "rohit.oracle.apps.fnd.RohitHelloWorldPage"

Package determines the directory where the java class files and other files related to this project strored.
In this directory oracle.apps.fnd must be required."fnd" is the oracle application shortname you can use other applications like "ak" in this.

Enter the Run Time connection details as below.Enter the E-business Suit Application User Name and Password.(already explained in the JDev installation)

Workspace and project has been created as below.

Now our next step is to create a "Application Module" for the OAF Page

Right Click on the project "RohitHelloWorldPage".Click New

 Click on Application Module and then OK.

Application Module wizard has open as below click next

Enter the Application Module name="RohitHelloWorldPageAM"

Defualt Package="rohit.oracle.apps.fnd.RohitHelloWorldPage.server"

we create "Application module" under the "Server" directory of the project as OAF Standard.

Click next and then finish.

Now we create a OAF Page as below

Right Click on the Project "RohitHelloWorldPage".Click New.

Click on the Page.Click on ok Button

Enter the Page Name="RohitHelloWorldPagePG"

Default Package="rohit.oracle.apps.fnd.RohitHelloWorldPage.webui"

we create the page under the webui under the project directory.
