Payables Invoice Adjustment/Edit Distribution in Oracle Fusion

 

We often need Invoice Adjustment or to edit the invoices in our day to day business needs. Oracle Fusion has given the feature to edit the invoices/distribution once saved. Here's below I will show you the Payables Invoice Adjustment/Edit in Oracle Fusion.

 

You cannot change the amount or the Distributions of an invoice in the below Conditions. An Invoice Distribution cannot be reversed if:

• The invoice has been cancelled.
• It has a generated automatic withholding
• It is referenced by active distributions (Freight/Misc./Tax allocated to Item Lines)
• It is for an item line that has tax calculated

 

Payables Invoice Adjustment/Edit Distribution in Oracle Fusion

 

Manage Invoice : Navigator > Payables> Invoices > Manage Invoice

 

 

 

 

Provide the Search Parameter to retrieve an invoice you wish to adjust. For example, the Invoice number of Supplier Name

Click on The Search Button.

 

In the Invoices Details section,
Actions > Edit.

In the Lines section, select
Click Distributions Button

 

 

 

 From the Invoice Line field, use the dropdown box to select the invoice line for which you want to modify the accounting distributions.
- Click on the line/distribution you want to modify. 
- (B) Reverse
- The reversal line will be created but the fields will be non -updateable.
- Click on the Add + icon to add a new row.
- Open the Distribution Combination window and enter the correct account distribution
(B) Save and Close.

 

 

 

After the Adjustment , We need to Re-Validate the Invoice Again in Fusion Application.
