FA interface in Oracle Cloud : How to import Fixed assets in Oracle Cloud
FA interface in Oracle cloud helps to Import the Assets from the External system. In Oracle cloud , We have the pre developed Interface in the form of FBDI which helps to insert or create the Fixed assets from the external application. FBDI is the excel based sheet , in which we need to prepare the Fixed Asset data and then we upload this FBDI csv zip file in the oracle cloud to import the Fixed assets. Here below I will more explain about FA interface in Oracle Cloud and How to import Fixed assets in Oracle Cloud.
Steps to import Fixed assets in Oracle Cloud through FBDI
Step1:- Download the FBDI template from the below url
Step2:- As below this is the FBDI template for Fixed assets then , We need to insert the FA data in these two highlighted tabs.

Step4:- Once all the Data has been Prepared now Go to the First Tab as highlighted below and click on the Generate csv File and your Zip file will be created in the System.

Step5: - Now to the cloud application
Tools ==> Schedule Processes
Step6:- Now Click on the 'Schedule New Process' Button as below.
Step 7:- Now run the process 'Load Interface File for Import' and enter the Parameter
Import Process : Post Mass Additions
Data File :This will select the FBDI zip file created in the Step4. Select this File and upload this in the Cloud application
Step8:- Once the Process 'Load Interface File for Import' will be completed successfully then this will upload the data in the Interface Tables of the Cloud application.
Step9:- Now we need to run the another schedule process 'Post Mass Additions' to create Fixed Assets from the Data available in the FA Interface Tables from Step 7 & 8.
Step10:- Running the 'Post Mass Additions' to Create Fixed Assets.
