GL Budget Interface in Oracle Cloud : How to Import GL Budget in Oracle Cloud Application through FBDI
Oracle Cloud has given the Interface to Import GL budget in the application. This Interface is pre developed in the form of FBDI tool. FBDI is the Excel based sheet , in which we need to prepare the GL budget data and then need to import the FBDI csv zip file in the Oracle Cloud application. Here below I will explain the detail about the GL Budget Interface in Oracle Cloud and How to Import GL Budget in Oracle Cloud Application through FBDISteps to Import the GL Budget Interface in Oracle Cloud
Step1:- Download the GL budget FBDI from this below Link.
Step2:- As below this is the FBDI template for GL budgets. Now we need to prepare the Budgets Data in this Second highlighted tab.
Step4:- Once all the Data has been Prepared now Go to the First Tab as highlighted below and click on the Generate csv File and your Zip file will be created in the System.
Step5: - Now to the cloud application
Tools ==> Schedule Processes
Step6:- Now Click on the 'Schedule New Process' Button as below.
Step 7:- Now run the process 'Load Interface File for Import' and enter the Parameter
Import Process : Validate and Upload Budgets
Step8:-
Data File :This will select the FBDI zip file created in the Step4. Select this File and upload this in the Cloud application
Step8:- Once the Process 'Load Interface File for Import' will be completed successfully then this will upload the data in the Interface Tables of the Cloud application.
Step9:- Now we need to run the another schedule process 'Validate and Upload Budgets' to upload GL Budgets from the Data available in the GL Interface Tables from Step 7 & 8.
Step10:- Running the 'Validate and Upload Budgets' to Upload GL Budgets.
