How to Upload Customer Contact Information's in Oracle Cloud Through FBDI. Customer Contact Interface in Oracle Cloud

We maintain Customer Contact information's in Customer Master. Under Customer Master , We can store customer contact person and the other communication details for the customer like customer contact Phone , Email & Fax. In this post , I will share the steps to mass upload customer contact information in Oracle cloud. In Oracle Cloud , We have the FBDI/Interface to upload Customer & their contact information in Oracle cloud. Here below is the detail steps to upload new customers and their contact information in Oracle cloud.

Step to Upload Customer Contact Information's in Oracle Cloud Through FBDI

Step1:- Go to Receivables ==> Billing

Step2:- Under Tasks ==> Customer ==> Upload Customer from Spreadsheet.

Step3:-

As below this is the Customer Upload FBDI , here below is the multiple tabs inside which help to upload Customer Information's in Oracle cloud.

First Tab is uses to Upload customer Basic Information's like Customer Addresses , customer Sites details. In the Second Tab , We can upload the Customer Communications details. We can upload any type of Customer Contact information's  in this Tab. 

In the Third Tab , We can attached the Site to Different different Business Units and the can attach Other Important GL Accounts like REC , REV , TAX , FREIGHT for customers under Business Units.

First Tab is one of the Important Tab to upload information related to other Tab. We cannot upload customer contact In formations with out having this customer record in the First Tab 'Customers'

Step5:- 

We can Upload Customer Contacts under Customer Header Level and Customer Site Level.  Account number is the Customer Number and Site Number is the Party Site number , These two information or record should be exist in the First 'Customer' sheet too.

Step6:- Once the Data has been prepared then go to First Tab 'Instructions' and then click on 'Generate csv File' . 

Once the ZIP file has been created. Then we need to upload this in Oracle cloud.

Step7:- Go to Cloud application  Receivables ==> Billing

 Under Tasks ==> Customer ==> Upload Customer from Spreadsheet.

Step8:- Click on the 'Upload Customers from Spreadsheet' button to Upload customer Contact csv ZIP file in Oracle Cloud and to start processing of these records to upload in Oracle Cloud standard tables.
