How to Create BIP report output in ZIP folder automatically in Oracle Cloud BIP reports: BIP report ZIP Output

We can generate the BIP report output directly into ZIP format to handle the Large outputs and it might take lot of system resources to open that report output in cloud application. To handle large reports outputs, we can use this ZIP option which helps to generate the report output directly in ZIP folder. This also helps to generate or handle the large outputs and send these outputs directly in to some serves or email through BIP report tool. Here below I will share the details steps to generate the report output directly into ZIP format.

Steps to Generate the BIP report output in to ZIP format

Use zipped Output format when PDF output is extremely large to read or print as single document.

Step1:- When we have created our template for BIP report then we need to go to reports and click on the ‘Edit’ Option

Step2:-  Now we need to Click on ‘View a List’ Option.

 

Step3:-

Now Select the ‘Zipped PDF s’ Option to generate the BIP report output in ZIP format.

 

Step4:- After the above setup , We can able to generate the zip output.
