While creating jobs we do attach the job families and job functions to provide more job specifications. In oracle fusion , job function is the lookup, and if we want to add new job functions, then we need to add the values in this lookup. Steps to Create Job function lookup in oracle fusion
Step1:- Go to Setup and Maintenance and search for task 'Manage Job Lookups'.

Step 2:-
Select the lookup 'JOB_FUNCTION_CODE' under that.

Step3:- Under this lookup , we can add the new Job Function values.
Click on the '+' icon to create new Job Function values.
