Using retry workflow functionality , we do retrigger the workflow errored out struck activity again to start the workflow process again. Some time due to some mail server issue , the approver does not get the email notifications from oracle workflow so using the retry workflow options we can retry the notification activity again to send the approval email notification again to the approver. Steps to retry workflow in oracle apps
Step1:- We need to go to Workflow Administrator responsibility.
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Step2:-
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Here we need to enter the Workflow Internal Name : POAPPRV and PO number in user key
Step3:- Here below in Search results we need to click on the Activity History Button
Step 4:- Now we need select the activity and click on the Retry Button.
Step 5:-
Here below , We need to click on the submit button to retry workflow activity in oracle apps
