Retry errored workflow activities in Oracle Apps
In this post , We will be discuss about how to Retry errored workflow activities.Some time workflow processed got stuck due to some errors and then after fixing these errors we need to retry the errored workflow activity again to re process the workflow. We have the option in oracle apps to retry the errored stuck workflow activities in oracle apps .Retry errored workflow activity functionality requires when some time workflow process got stuck due to some error and using retrigger feature we do start that process again and execute the workflow process. Another important feature of retry workflow functionality related to Workflow Notifications emails. Some time due to some mail server issue , the approver does not get the email notifications from oracle workflow so using the retrigger workflow options we can retry the notification activity again to send the approval email notification again to the approver. Steps to Retry errored workflow activities in Oracle Apps
Step1:- We need to go to Workflow Administrator responsibility.
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Step2:-
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Here we need to enter the Workflow Internal Name : POAPPRV and PO number in user key
Step3:- Here below in Search results we need to click on the Activity History Button
Step 4:- Now we need select the activity and click on the Retry Button.
Step 5:-
Here below , We need to click on the submit button to retrigger workflow activity in oracle apps
