If we want to execute some specific action step again in workflow process , we have the retrigger functionality which helps to restart and re perform that action step again. Retrigger workflow functionality requires when some time workflow process got stuck due to some error and using retrigger feature we do start that process again and execute the workflow process. Some time due to some mail server issue , the approver does not get the email notifications from oracle workflow so using the retrigger workflow options we can retrigger the notification activity again to send the approval email notification again to the approver. Steps to retrigger workflow in oracle apps
Step1:- We need to go to Workflow Administrator responsibility.
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Step2:-
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
Here we need to enter the Workflow Internal Name : POAPPRV and PO number in user key
Step3:- Here below in Search results we need to click on the Activity History Button
Step 4:- Now we need select the activity and click on the Retry Button.
Step 5:-
Here below , We need to click on the submit button to retrigger workflow activity in oracle apps
Navigation : Workflow Administrator Web Application ==> Administrator Workflow ==> Status Monitor.
