Hi friends, We are going to discuss about the current group in rtf template. We will try to explain the purpose of current group in rtf template. current group used in rtf template when we are trying to create the new grouping the rtf template as per our data presentation requirement. We do use current group in rtf template when we don't want to disturb the report group or xml data template grouping in the code itself but we want to make or change the grouping the rtf template itself. We do use the for-each-group:current-group() to refer the current record based on for-each-group criteria. Here below we will share you the sample example in which we will try to create the new group in rtf template and then try to use the current group for-each-group:current-group() in rtf template. Steps to use the current group in rtf template

Step 1:- Here we are trying to show one business example in which , we will try to create groups and then use the current group( for-each-group:current-group() ) in rtf template .
