Step 2- Now first we need to cross check the Alert Action setup in the alert Action Details. Here below. 

Go to Alert Action Details and verify the required Alert Action is associated with alert action Details as below.

Step3:- Now we need to verify that whether the Alert is attached to the required Operating unit under which we are doing insert and update for the tables in oracle apps alert. 

If we have not set the required Operating unit for the alert , then we need to assign the required Operating unit in alert as below.
