4 Most Important Troubleshoot steps for Oracle EBS alert email not sending issue

Step1:- First we need to confirm that whether the Alert Action is setup in the alert Action Details. Here below.

Go to Alert Action Details and verify the required Alert Action is associated with alert action Details as below.

Step2:- If Step1 is right then we need to verify whether the Alert is attached to the required Operating unit under which we are doing insert and update for the tables in oracle apps alert.

Step3:- If Step 2 is also right , then we need to check the Alert Period Scheduler. It should be activated as below.

Here We need to search the Alert Scheduled Concurrent Request. Enter the Alert Name and then Put the Word 'Alert' in the end and find. There should the concurrent request in Scheduled Process.
