Step 1:- If we are getting this below issue "APP-PO-14694 This document is not Updatable". then here below is the solution steps. If occurs due to data corruption in the PO status in the DB Table.

Step 2:- For This issue, We first need to go to the Purchase Order Summary Form and find that PO. Here below we are finding that PO.

Step 3:- We need to goto the Tools Menu option as below.
Tools==> Control

Step 4:- Here we need to Place the Hold on that Purchase Order as below.

Step 5:- After Placing the Hold , we need to re-query this PO again. Then again goto the Tools Menu option as below.

Step 6:- Now release the Hold from this PO and then try to update the Purchase order. After this , Issue 'APP-PO-14694 This document is not Updatable' should be resolved and you can make the changes in the Purchase Order (PO).
