Hi Friends, we are going discuss about the PO receiving Issue 'The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each , since the UOM conversion is not available for this combination'. This Issue is comes when we are do the receipt for the purchase order. This issue 'The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each' does not allow to receive the PO quantity and gives this error again and again. In this post , We will be discuss more about this issue and the solution steps for this issue 'The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each , since the UOM conversion is not available for this combination'.

Cause of the Issue 'The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each'

It comes when the PO line for the purchase order stuck/error into the Receiving transaction interface. System does not allow to enter any other transaction for the PO without resolving this issue. Either we have to process this reject/stuck errored line or we can also delete the PO line also.

Solution for the Issue 'The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each'

Step 1:- We need to go to the 'Transaction Status Summary' Oracle Form in the PO Receiving Responsibility.

Step 2:- Here we need to find out the stuck/error out PO transaction for the concerned PO. 

In Our case PO # is '2003456'.

Click on the find Button.

Step 3:-Here below we can see the error/stuck transaction for that PO. We need to select this Transaction and delete this transaction by click on the Delete icon above.

Note: Please verify all the things before deleting any thing in the Receiving Transaction Interface/Status Form. 

The Quantity has not been converted from @@@ to Each

Step 4:- After deleting the stuck/error transaction. We need to retry the PO receiving again. PO reeving should be done after this action.
