Step 1:
To Terminate the Current Work Assignment of the Employee. , We need to go Navigator ==> My Client Groups ==> Person management.

Step 2:-
We need to search the Employee 'Vijay Kumar' , Which is an Contingent Worker as below. Click on the Actions Button as below.
Step 3:-
Click on the Actions Button as below.
Personal and Employment ==> Work Relationship.

Step 4:-
Here in Work Relationship tab, we need to Click on the Actions Button and select the 'Terminate' option as below.
To Rehire the employee in Oracle fusion , we need to go Navigator ==> My Client Groups ==> New Person
Go to New Person Navigation as below

Step 5:-
Here below, we need to enter the Termination details and then click on the review button and click on the submit button.

Step 6:-
Again we need to find out the Employee information to confirm that , Employee is terminated or not. We need to select the Check box 'Include Terminated Employees' this time to see the terminated employee details.

Step 7:- Now we need to Rehire this Employee again as an Permanent(employee) in Oracle fusion.
Go to New Person Navigation as below

In the right side task pane , Go to Hire an Employee.

Step 9:-
In this below form , Select the New Legal Employer Name which you want to set for the Existing Employee ‘Vijay Kumar’.
Person number you can put any name.
For First & Last name , use the Existing Employees name ‘Vijay Kumar’ carefully as below so after that when we will click on the Next button then System will automatically shows us suggestion that this Employees ‘Vijay Kumar’ is already an existing employee in Oracle HCM cloud.
So we need to Select this Existing Employee from that list

Step 10:-
Then system will start updating the existing Employee Information 'Vijay Kumar' with new legal Employer Information with the new Assignment details. So by this way we can update or change the Legal Employer Information’s for Employees In Oracle HCM Cloud
Step11:-System will start updating the existing Employee Information with new legal Employer Information with the new Assignment details. So by this way we can update or change the Legal Employer Information’s for Employees In Oracle HCM Cloud
