Steps to View Lifecycle of Requisition and Purchase Order in Oracle Fusion
Click Navigator icon > Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
Click on your Requisition Number
Click View Life Cycle button
Review all the related documents to the requisition i.e Purchase Order , Receipt and Invoice

Click on Invoice Number and Click on Payments Tab
